Photographer's Note

Located inside Rio de Janeiro's Botanic Garden, the Japanese Garden was created in 1935 and re-open in 1995 when the princess Sayako dauther of the Akihito Imperor of Japan visit Rio de Janeiro.

The japanese culture is represented in the garden by bonsai, bamboo, cherry, an artificial lake (with carps), a fall, a zen garden and typical features as fence, bridge, stones and a teahouse (photo).

The place become more beuatiful because is surrounded by tropical tree and plants.
