Intro: I have loved photography since getting my first camera at age 13 - a 1930's Voightlander cut film camera. Since then I have largely done black and white landscape photography but recently have become an enthusiastic convert to digital. Laely I have been trying to master 'street photography" which is challenging, but very rewarding when you succeed. After retiring in 1998 I studied graphic design at a local art school and now have a free, volunteer service for local nonprofit organizations. I am sometimes able to use my photographs in posters and brochures that I design and it is very rewarding to see my photographs used for a worthwhile purpose.
