Intro: Hi everyone!

After about five months (wow, actually exactly five months) of sporadic activity on the site I managed to come up with an intro idea. I'm no photographer. I have a cheap point-and-shoot camera which I carry around most of the times I go out. I shoot whatever I think I might like to look at or show to someone later on.
I love TE. I love to learn about the unbelievable diversity in this world of ours as reported upon through your pictures and notes. I couldn't care less about the points, though they don't really bother me :-) Please feel free to give me as many points as you like, just don't expect anything in return. I could use some advice for improving my photografic skills but I don't get too worked up about this either. I just want to offer people a chance to enjoy some shots of this world that I took and like. It surely is nice, though to look at a nicely composed picture with good focus, apropriate PoV and DoF, good lighting, etc. than to a randomly shot one.

I try to stick to English in my posted comments to give everybody a chance to understand my words in case anyone cares about what I say in my long blabbing comments. My other fluently spoken language, Romanian, is rather uncommon, translators are hard to come by so English it is. I understand pretty well French and Italian, but can't really write in those languages. I've been told I write too much both in the descriptive notes as well as in the comments to other people's pictures but I don't plan to stop even though I noticed some of my long notes seem to go unread.

I apologize to everyone for the photos that I post and don't teach anyone anything about the world and thus shamelessly waste server space and people's time. I'll try not to do it too often.
I hope you all have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy at least a little bit my posts.
