Photographer's Note

A little less traveled part of Zion National Park, the Kolob canyons are finger canyons cut out from ages of erosion. Great hiking can be had from these locations, and autumn is the idea time to hike. The seven mile hike to Kolob arch is a winner!

Hi Dana!
A good autumn composition with this impressive mountain and the little oaktree in the foreground with for the season typical yellow leafs.Good light and fine contrast bezween the four maincolors;yellow.green,red and blue.

Beautiful nature, Dana. I like your composition including that yellow leaves to the foreground, specially because it brokes the main tones. The sky is beautiful as well.

This is a great autumn photo. Your composition is fine including the yellow leaves in the foreground giving the scene a nice sense of depth. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The deep blue sky provides a great backdrop for the scene.
