Photographer's Note

This photo,Baddori and I, we dedicate to Silvio Sorcini, connoisseurs of fine wines.

"Sa innenna as'antiga", according to the harvest traditions of the past, celebrated in Norbello country of Oristano.

The event, held this Sunday, is to cut of grapes in a vineyard with villagers in traditional costume working in the collection of grapes in a vat and pressing square in front of villagers and tourists flocked to the event.
All were offered sweets and in particular the pan 'esaba (a sweet made of grape must) and "seadas", browse fried stuffed with cheese "pecorino" and scattered honey.

Knights until the vineyard accompanying a wagon with the wheels still full, pulled by a yoke of oxen carrying the vat will be paid where the grapes harvested.

We arrived a little late, but I must thank Baddori which has proved an expert Indian scout trying track the wagon trails in the country and thanks to him we arrived on time.
The spectacle of colors in the vineyard, was beautiful and WS can admire the colors ..
The grape harvest was a mix of different qualities, "Nieddu mannu", "moristellu", "cagnuleri" and barbera.

Special thanks to friends of Norbello, we have dealt with hospitality, which I think has not reflected in any country of Italy.
Lunch based proceddu (little pig) and wine robust and cordiality makes you feel a bug when you are back in town.

The final was held in place by crushing between Sardinian dances and dances.

In WS you can see some stages of this event.
