Photographer's Note
Only place in the northern hemisphere where temperature at sea level did not leave the 10°C to 30°C range in this millenium.
These values are deducted from values recorded by a station 25 meters above sea level right on the cliffs on the background: lowest of 8.8°C in the night of 23 February 2003 and highest of 30.5°C, although in average there were 15 days above 29° each year.
In the southern hemisphere two more places: shores of Norfolk Island and Lord Howe Island.
--- Note added after Xuaxo found the location:
At this very point the quintessential meridian begins a journey over water that will end only in the Antarctic.

Olá Ilena,
Mais uma bela foto com uma interessante nota realçando as particularidades dos Açores.
Não temos informação da localização, mas isto é o Ilhéu de Vila Franca, não é?
