Photographer's Note

I wish I could return from my vacations with a more optimistic photo and note, but unfortunately I can't.

64 people dead, a lifetime work for tens of thousands gone up in smoke, some of the most beautiful forests of my country devastated, a place of 2800 years of history, Olympia, a symbol of civilazation in grave danger, an incredible ecological desaster and, and, and ...

Is there any hope left? I think, yes. Someone can find it in the massive "wave" of solidarity from the people in other more "lucky" regions of Greece. Also, to the international help from dozens of countries of the world. THANK YOU, we need it!

I keep receiving tens of messages of sincere and deep regrets from TE members. I am grateful!
