I love this. I always try to get really good market shots wherever I travel but they always seem to lack something but this is really atmospheric. The guy on the left looks less than happy though so I hope you didn't get in any trouble with the owner!

Hi Arindam, the tight DOF really makes this shot for me - that together with the subdued lighting and the rich colours. I do find the character on the left a little distracting and would probably be better without him. Best regards, Roberto

One of the perfect journalistic shot. Its pleasing to see that u stick to the prime in the world of zoom. Probably u can manage the shot without tripod. The visualisation ,shaprness and colour balance are as good as your previous one.

Nice market shot with the two mens faces well positioned. I would like to see a bit of the empty space on the bottom right cropped out.......a small thing.

What impresses me most here and many of your other photos is ur skill in light management, how u take perfectly sharp photos in low light conditions. The region in focus and OOF is just ideal.

It's the deep colours and marvellous contrasts that draws me close to your shot. The gaze of the man looking out to us on the right is arresting, as is the whole ambiance of the market. Very well caught, nice work!
