Photographer's Note

Leo Carrillo State Beach in Malibu is one of those special beaches with sandy beaches, tide pools, bluffs, and caves to go exploring. Along PCH where Mulholland Highway meets the sea, this beach and state park is named after a California actor and preservationist. He was a T.V. actor in the 1950's and then became a commissioner for the California State Parks Commission for over 18 years. On the other side of the highway, is Leo Carrillo Campground which has trail leading into the Santa Monica Mountains. a favorite place for Los Angelinos'.
Note: I do realize the horizon cuts the image in half but I really wanted those clouds in the image so it was a compromise.
