Photographer's Note

With the national holiday this week in the U.S. and seeing the fireworks display from New York City, I’ve been spending a little more time than usual browsing through photos of the “Big Apple.” As a local resident, Brenda (worldcitizen) has quite a collection in her gallery, and a good handful of ones which include some very interesting reflections from around town.

With that concept in mind, I thought I’d share the one I had taken while walking around one afternoon waiting to meet up with my sister. Since we were staying close to the Empire State Building it didn’t take long to spot this on the trunk and back window of a parked car…..which was nowhere near the parking enforcement sign I had posted yesterday! :)

I’ve included a Workshop version where I cropped out the portion of the street. Although I liked both, I think the main post allowed for a bit more context of the reflection itself.

Thanks for taking a look!
