Photographer's Note

The sun just rises over the ruins of Machu Picchu.
The time just before sunrise is perfect for a visit: there are only very few tourists around at that time and the place really has a mystical atmosphere.
In broad daylight, with thousands of people, it is just not the same.

The ruins look good on two of my monitors, but much too dark on the third.
Isn't it a bit frightening that you can never be sure what your pictures will look like for someone else?
I started a discussion on hardware calibration in the forums.
