Why I like travel alone?

Look: f/5.6 and 1/200... that's dreadful!!! I should have used my tripod and then I could use any shutter speed (and, of course, I would have improved the ISO and the f/).

But, what happened?
In the airplane to Athens I found four girls. I knew them because they were classmates of my brother. And, in fact, I recommend them visit Folegandros.
My first island was Syros. While I was there they were in Santorini.
But we met again in Folegandros and that day we climb the hill above the main village. From there the view of the sunset is wonderful. Behind us there was a monastery and in front us this wonderful view of the sea and Sun.

But, with them, I could not use the tripod. I could not ask them to wait me every five minutes because I want to shot hundreds and hundreds photos.

Then, I think this is one of the reasons why I like travel alone.

very moody capture and i agree, in special times one should better be alone witth the camera.. like this sceenery and the soft colors..great moment..

Orange the color come after the white and blue in Cyclades. You captured a wonderful sunset in one small but most beautiful islands in Greece.

Tienes razon, amigo, viajando con compania puede ser un problema para un fotografo, a menos que, esa compania tiene inmensa paciencia! Muy bella toma del aterdecer magico de Folegandros, sencilla pero adecuada composicion, perfecto manejo de la luz, preciosos colores calidos! Felicidades!

no és tan sols una altra posta de sol, jo penso que cada una és un moment únic i diferent, i totes són sempre molt atractives a la vista.
Aquí hi ha un maco joc de les siluetes del perfil de la costa, molt fosques, amb un bon contrast amb els tons taronges del cel. El sol encara es pot veure a mitges abans de desaparèixer darrere la broma, i el mar platejat té uns brillantor especial.
Tot funciona, i l'enquadrament descentrat també.

Excellent shot, indeed! I like to be alone or with the company of a friend who is photographer too when I'm out for shooting but... I believe the company of 4 girls is the best company you have had! :)
