Photographer's Note
Yesterday was a very interesting day, weather-wise. All day there were alternating periods of sun and rain. After dinner I decided to go outside and shoot some photos because the sky to the east was ominously dark and the sun had just come out in force as it was setting in the west. While I was out I noticed a gorgeous rainbow.
As soon as I saw it I started running around looking for the best place to shoot. I didn't want to delay too long because I know how transient rainbows are. So I ran up the driveway (we live on a just-barely-large-enough-to-be-designated-a mountain) and up the street until I had a clear shot.
