I am ever impressed with the fabulous fireworks photos our friend Jean get to take. The show of lights in my small city isn't so amazing and the veranda of my home isn't a so nice place to take photos of them.
When I took this photo nobody could imagine Covid-19 was beginning its journey in China and would damage our daily life for so much time, killing so many people, bringing so pain, economic decay, famine
and suffering.
Anyway the fireworks came from China too and I wait we will use them to celebrate the end of this phase of pain in the next new years's eve.

Sempre aprecio as fotos de fogos de artifício do nosso amigo Jean, mas aqueles da minha cidade são bem menos vistosos e a varanda da minha casa nem sempre é um lugar muito apropriado para tirar fotos deles.
Quando tirei essa foto ninguém poderia imaginar que o Covid-19 estava começando sua viagem na China, trazendo tanta dor, sofrimento, decadência econômica, fome e mortes.
Porém, os fogos de artifício também vieram da China e os usaremos no final desse ano para celebrar o fim dessa fase de sofrimento.

Hello Jorge,

That is such an interesting link!
The disease came from China and the fireworks from China will be used to celebrate the end of the virus!
The fireworks may not be as expansive as those presented by other TE members but these three exploding fireworks resemble three stars shooting into the dark, night sky.
They make excellent, colourful, focal features.

Hello Jorge,
We also got paper, gunpowder and the compass from China, long before the recent Corona virus, so China has mainly served the world well. And don't forget fried pork with sweet and sour sauce. ;-)
This may not be as magnificent as some other fireworks, but the tree bright stars surrounded by splashes of colours are impressive enough, and they're well exposed.

The fireworks are impresswive. The point of view is showing the details of the fireworks. The surrounding light has a special effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

Firework one of the most difficult disciplines in photography.
Also nice scene image.

A great photo of the exploding fireworks here. Very well timed just at the beginning of the bang, so the vertical trails of the rockets can still be seen, too. Great work.

Thanks for the dedicace ! Nice fireworks well captured, good light contrast. I like photographed fireworks, often difficult with strong lights and contrast but with many shots, some of them are nice. Difficult pandemic period for also fireworks this last year with most of them cancelled !

A superb capture of the 3 shooting fireworks and the 3 starburst lights at the top add strong focal points. I share your sentiments about celebrating the end of this nasty disease. Tfs!

Una estupenda imagen de estos fuegos artificiales, captaste un buen momento con esas tres estrellas de la explosion de los mismos el rastro de fuego del ascenso y las chispas de colores, todo se destaca muy bien en el negro de la noche.
