Photographer's Note
Some people who lives in rural zone has a car, but not a a driver licence, because it is expensive and difficult to take, others have old cars and even don't pay taxes. Some of them let the vehicle at entrance of the city os in a tranquil area to prevent be inspected by police. In this case the tire-repair shop was located in the other side of the city and it was better to take them by foot than to risk and get a fine.
Can you see the key of the car ?
...............

Hello Jorge,
It's quite a funny photo and the note is interesting. You captured him well, exactly between the trees. He is also well placed slightly towards the side. The buildings provide nice colours. I guess it's the key hanging from his belt.
Best regards,
Gert

Hi Jorge,I see the keys tied to the belt of the pants ... hehe ... really interesting this way of getting around costs and police, a method that not even in Naples would have been able to study. Another interesting photo of everyday life from your city. Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

Hello Jorge, thank you for the information, it helps us to understand the shot.
I hope that the wheels are what he wanted, especially as he is walking to the outskirts of the city to put them on his car.
An interesting daily life picture.
Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hello Jorge,
A good city observation of this man carrying the two wheels high up on his shoulders. Pretty heavy I would say. The trees make a nice frame.

Hello Jorge,
A good daily life scene and sad that people cannot transport tyres by vehicle, but have to carry them instead. I might have been tempted to use a wheelbarrow. Tfs!

Hello Jorge,
What an interesting note!
I just cannot imagine people being able to own a car, without paying tax and insurance in the U.K. But, of course, yours in a much bigger, more rural country!
Excellent, spontaneous photograph!
It is good the person didn't see with your camera, he may have thought you were recording him for the police!
Yes, I can see his keys!
My warm regards,
Bev :-)
