Photographer's Note
A simple window which shows one of the characteristics of Choroní: colorful, colonial architecture. Choroni is a colonial village with narrow streets and beautiful houses. Puerto Colombia, from where boats can be taken to Chuao, Cepe or from where you can walk to the nearest nice beach: Playa Grande, is at a walking distance from Choroní.
I just increased contrast, cropped out a small spot on the right and resized.
"Although Choroní is generally known as one of Venezuela's best Caribbean beaches, the hamlet itself actually sits slightly inland, boasting some fine colonial houses around a quiet central plaza. Instead, it is the neighbouring fishing village of Puerto Colombia just beyond Choroni where the palm tree-lined beaches lie and most accommodation is found. Framed by the tropical rain forest of Parque Henri Pitier, the beaches around Puerto Colombia are some of the most stunningly beautiful in the country."

I'm surprised nobody has critiqued this photo. I really like the fact there are only 2 colors. The texture of the building works really well.
