Mercado del Puerto, a photo from Montevideo, South

Photographer's Note

In Montevideo, I believe that the main attraction (except for vegetarians) is the Port Market, with its restaurants which offer the best meat, all prepared in the 'parrillas' (grills) like the one in the picture. The good thing is that the meat is always juicy, keeping all its delicious flavor. Another greeat detail is that the service is very good, as it occurs in all places I've been to in Uruguay. The Uruguayans are very nice people, amazing.

Il doit faire très chaud dans ce marché si je me fie au feu en arrière plan et aussi sous les grilles. J'entends d'ici la viande grésiller et je sens aussi la bonne odeur de fumée.

comi nesse mercado num estabelecimento bem parecido com esse, talvez até seja o mesmo. lembro que tomei uma taçona de vinho e fiquei grogue, pisando nas nuvens. raramente bebo. lembro que fui caminhando para o hotel com medo que notassem que eu estava beudo. haha.
