Photographer's Note

Hello everybody!

I hope you like this picture. It was taken on the Titicaca Lake near the Floating Islands ("Islas Flotantes" in Spanish). The Titicaca Lake is the highest navigable lake in the world. One part of it belongs to peru, while the other part belongs to Bolivia.

On this photo, inhabitants are crossing the Lake to go from one floating island to another. The floating islands are made of reed ("totora" in Spanish).

I liked the reflections of the sky in the water and the colourful clothes of the people on the boat.
