Photographer's Note
As we approached this highland town of Chinchero in the Sacred Valley, our tour guide told us that there was a big festival of the Virgin atop on the Plaza De Aramas. Most of us were tired from the day's outing, but some of us still managed to walk all the way up in the chilly weather!
This picture was taken on the way to the top where I saw three andean women coming in the opposite direction. I love their hats!

Wonderful shot! I like your choice to use black & white, which is quite different than the normal saturated colour for this area. Nice composition too, The 3 women seem to repeat each other, with variations, and provide some direction to the photo. Great work!

Very nice woman indeed, nice composition and POV too, but I find the blur a bit iritating ...

Hi Nivas
this is a nice picture, I like the b/w and the contrast is good, I do not like that the lady is blurred though, but that is because she is in motion so I guess it is ok.
Good job

Hi Nivas,
An odd decision to present in b/a, though I apprecuate your daring approach and feel that it looks quite good. The blur is no problem for me...
the actual coversion looks ok to me, though the wall looks a little blown out. A nice style you have got in this picture - quite authentic...
