Photographer's Note
This is another shot from my mad dash through the ruins. I took some of the advice and cleaned up the first one a bit for print and have utilized many of the same techniques on this one. I level adjusted and slightly upped the cantrast to the whole. I slightly desaturated yellow and then added +20 saturation to the second rainbow to make it more visible. I slightly burned the highlights on the buildings and sharpened and added a hair more contrast to the background mountains. This is the result. Let me know what you think.
I also have included a close up cropping. I was amazed to find that I had captured actual raindrops from the distance. Take a look. ALso, is you like this one, check out my first rainbow from this place.

I may have the date wrong on this. Not sure if it is the spiritual energy or the hypoxia, but either way time gets a little stange in the Andes.

You had been very lucky to find such a perfect rainbow! - not only a rainbow, but a double one!
Well, your photo is nice: I like the mountain border so sharp over the mist and I like the different colors between the rainbow and the ruins. Perhaps ruins could have been a little more contrasted, but this is my opinion, anyway I like this picture a lot
