Life in Guartela, a photo from Parana, South

Photographer's Note

Two shots in one, showing the diversity of life in Guartelá State Park.
On the left side a small harmless lizard in its sunbath and on the right a prove that flowers can survive in very inhospitable places, in this case among the rocks.

A silly composition comes with a plain message:
"That's life. Let's try to keep that as it is!"

A tentacao de escrever uma critica ta grande, Carlos. Gostei deste 2 em 1. A excecucao esta maravilhosa, muito boa mesmo. Fico imaginando a sua paciencia em captar a largatixa. Como e que o bicho deicou vc chegar tao perto? A planta e belissima eu somente sinto um pouco que a sobre exposicao deu uma complicada na aparencia. Parece que a sombra debaixo da pedra puxou o fotometro demasiadamente para o escuro. Nao deu para fazer um HDR?

Hi Carlos! Very nice this one!!! I like the composition with two photos. They echoed to each other. We find interesting greens in both. Also the topic of a reptile and a flower is well chosen. The DOF is also interesting. The focus is well set with a little blur.

Oi Carlos bonita foto de 2 em 1 bonita a planta no meio das pedras , o sol devia tar bom para a lagartixa nao ter fugido muito bonita a textura da madeira , parabens pelo trabalho!!!

Oi Carlos,
a montagem de duas imagens em um só quadro ficou interessante, mas os dois temas estão suficientemente bonitos para estarem também separados para uma apreciação individual. Dos dois o que mais gostei foi o da plantinha florida. A baixa profundidade de campo sempre é um atrativo para mim.
Cores, contrate ok.

belo flagrante da natureza
esta flor é chamada Rainha do Abismo, minha mãe vivia comprando bulbos dela quando passava pela serra do cadeado, localizada a poucos quilômetros de minha casa.

Gostei da montagem! Nunca fiz uma e preciso aprender como se montam duas fotos ou mais dentro de um quadro. Acho que é um recurso interessantíssimo exatamente para apresentar fauna e flora de determinado lugar, como você fez aqui. Muito legal!Qualquer hora você me ensina isso..

Doble fotografía con un mensaje excelente: esto es vida tratemos de conservarlo como está. (Más o menos). Buen mensaje lleno de verdades y buenas intenciones.
Me gustanmucho las dos fotografías, parece increible los lugares tan recónditos donde la vida puede transcurrir para una planta, destacando el contraste entre la belleza de es flor y la aspereza del paisaje en el que vive. Del lagarto, destacar las texturas bien definidas de la madera en la que está tomando el sol. Buen trabajo amigo.

Well done two macro shots! Especially lizzard looks great - excellent sharpness and good monochromatic background. Very good composition I like contrast between grey left and pink right side of the picture

Hello Carlos,

I like the idea of the 2 photos in a single frame to illustrate the diversity. It works well in this case because the 2 subjects are well visible and because there is an uniformity in the colors: blue for the left and quite red for the right one.
As you said, life can surprize us.

Ola Carlos, this one as a thumbnail looks without a big interesting, it the largest version has the best impress.
The left part is the best, the right part is a little overexposed.
A very good idea to compose them and to present them.
