Nice shot. Taken from a car I suppose. I like the rain on the window.. Nice. I also like the framing of the window.

I like it very much, it has a very strong potential of a heavy atmosphere shot.
I would crop the car window. I made a WS.

Great pic. Lots of atmosphere. You can feel the contrast between what the subjects must be feeling (b/w the woman outside and the person in the car). Well done.
