Photographer's Note

According to the newspapers, 15.000 men runned the 82nd São Silvestre Running yesterday in São Paulo. For the first time both the male and female races were won by brazilians. The stars have always been the kenyans.

Here we are at about 2kms from the beginning and end of the race, and during 45 minutes we saw these men (and some women as well) running in front of us. The curious thing is that while the winner was arriving, there still were runners waiting to go. It´s not uncommon to see people in costumes as you see here, or protesting. BTW, Lula the president, was reelected and assumed this afternoon...

Thanks for your kind support to my series.
Stay well you all and thanks for stopping by.

pp: I had to desaturate a bit. dur to the rain colors were too saturated and the skin gained an orange touch quite abnormal.
