Photographer's Note
In 2011 I moved to Macae city. Macaé is located in the North of Rio de Janeiro State. It is famous by the petroleum exploration. But I came to here because of my work in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. I like the city, is have onyl 200 inhabitants. It have fewer services compared with Rio de Janeiro city, but it have less violence and traffic jam.
Here a view of the center of the city, with the Macae river on the left side and atlantic ocean in background.
