Photographer's Note

For some reason this image isn't sharp as the original, I tried an WS and it didn't work.
___Borrazópolis has a nice level of civilization, we have all paved streets, we have phone, internet, schools, police, banks, TV, Radio, potable water, we are linked by paved highways with other regions.. But we don't have one of the more essential things: a sewer system.
Each house owner is obligated to built a hole in the backyard, or in the sidewalk to put the dirty waters created by its home. When the hole is full after some years of use, you should to pay a company that will drain the dirty waters. In this case I had two holes in my kitchen garden, one of them had a damage in the edge of the superior ring and was becoming dangerous and I had to contract these men to dig another one at side, filling the old one with the soil of the new one. In these last years we have heard a lot about accidents with such holes, with people falling inside.
Why they don't do a public sewer system here ? Politicians like to build beautiful things that are visible and locals don't like to pay for such service, what would double the worth of the bill of water company. There is a project to do this sewer web, but it is never done.
In the past, when we had no water system , it was usual to have a dirty hole and a water well few meters ahead and you can see how contaminated this water could be, after that people used the old deep wells like a hole for dirty waters and contaminated the whole subterranean water.
Here we can see these men almost finishing the hole, it wasn't so deep, around 5 meters, because they found a big rock base.
You can see the older hole buried in the inferior corner, where the tools are.
