Photographer's Note

During pandemic there was many restrictions for Sunday mass and I watched it by TV in the company of my parents. Being at home sometimes I had an eye in the mass of Aparecida Sanctuary and in a second I was watching the birds in line waiting for a safe moment to go down to the roof and eat a fruit my mother had let them in that winter day, anyway I have seven cats and there is a big risk of being devoured.
This is a very usual native bird of my town, its named sanhaçu-cinzento (Thraupis sayaca), it is wild in South America, but not present in Amazon forest, nor in the cold desert areas. You can head it singing in the link bellow.

The structure you see ahead are ruins of our TV tower built in 1969 and destroyed by the 1992 tornado, it was around 20 meters high and during tornado it was transformed in three parts.
