Photographer's Note

There are many especies of bromeliads in Brazil, most of these plants live in the top of the trees and others in the soil. They are like water reservoirs because they get water of the rains inside their leaves, like a glass, inside this plants many animals get to live or find water and food. Here we can see a bromeliad native from my region (North-Central Paraná).

Existem muitas espécies de bromélias no Brasil, a maior parte delas vive no topo das árvores enquanto outras vivem no solo. Elas são como reservatórios de água, captando a água da chuva e a conservando entre suas folhas, tal qual um copo. Ali muitos animais encontram abrigo, água e comida.
Vemos aqui uma bromélia nativa da minha região (Centro-Norte do Paraná).
