Photographer's Note
After displaying four images with this subject, I decided to approach a little more the characteristics of fishes artisan in the known one as "Region of the salty" to the north of the state. Here the fisherman prepares "Espinhel", that and more used technique in the region. Each line (blue) supports of 300 the 1000 hooks. The sardine e the imprisoned fish in the hook.

Thank you to give news of the fisherman :)) I am interested, living in an area for artisanal fishing.
I know this way and I find you well show how the line is put in the box whith the hooks outside. This must be done whith a grat care and you show it by the ailor's attitude. All this is very good reporting in a very interesting Photo.
All quality is OK :))

Um enquadramento difícil... vejo que optou pelo barco em detrimento do enquadramento clássico.
Ficou bom.
As cores estão demais!!!

I´m not sure which I prefer : is it day 1 or day 5.
I like the man´s attitude on this one. He seems really focused on his work. the background is a little flat.

Very nice photo Antonio, I like the fisherman's focused expression being preoccupied with the fishing net. Your latest photos give a nice insight in the work of the fishermen. Well done!

Really a nice series you've got running here, Antonio - photo #5 is a well-framed portrait of this fisherman getting the equipment prepared. The hooks and ribbons provide interesting patterns in the foreground, and we can well see how focused the man is on his work. Beautiful colors and despite the tight cropping, some nice and colorful waterside surroundings are visible in the back. Well captured.

For me this photo of this series is possible the best one at this moment. This a good portrait, your composition and message is well personnaly managed, good colors, perspective and public composition with tradition, nature and people! My next shot is possible also a fisherman that is without bait!Congratulations for this interesting series!

A very interesting shot, Antonio, with so many details. Especially I like the wires that fall down and the fish in the wooden box. A real "man at work" shot, very good light and compo.

Ma préférée de votre série sur les pêcheurs !
Magnifique composition !
Le visage du pêcheur parle de lui même !
L’essence même de la photographie !
Superbes couleurs également !
Sourires verts demain !J’ai tout donné !

Hi Antonio
A good daily life shot of this intent fisherman. Looks like he's been busy putting all those sardines on hooks. Good shot!

Tu vois, le travail n'est jamais fini. Après la pêche la réparation des filets. Belle image de ce travailleur. Amicalement/jr
