Photographer's Note
La Pina Fiesta in Santa Cruz de la Sierra was completely bizarre because it was so unexpected. The market in the town is an amazing place for taking photographs. Santa Cruz is in the lowlands of Bolivia which gets far less visitors than the Altiplano, but its no less beautiful.
I was on my way back to the bus station after spending a few days here and was greeted on the road by a long parade. Mostly this seemed to consist of flag waving and shuffling about. This was largely ignored by many people around on the street, but I thought this guy holding a huge tapestry pyramid was amazing. You can read so much into his look.

very nice picture, full of colors, full of life. and the way you wrote photographic note impressed me alot, thats is the way people should write not on their photos, First you described in your native language then in universal understandable language(English) well done for professional approach. keep it up

Hello Andrew, I like your note very much. I was wondering were you confortable with your camara in the market? Iīm in Bolivia right now, and I donīt have the courage to go the market and take pictures :[ ... About the picture I think the DOF is not good. I would liked more if the image was complete. Nice done anyway!!!
Regards,
Gabriel
