Photographer's Note

The 250 km² ice formation, of 30 km in length, is one of 48 glaciers fed by the Southern Patagonian Ice Field located in the Andes system shared with Chile. This icefield is the world's third largest reserve of fresh water.

This photo lacks perspective and has little contrast; however it's spectacular and it appeals to to me very much.

Hi Alen,
this photo brings a great image and quite special colours of blue. I could agree with Ludo that the composition is not the best, but the photo anyway is a great one.

Spectacular ice-scape! Incredible textures, colors and atmosphere. You POV allows us to get some idea of the immensity of the subject. Great composition - well done.

Hello,

Good idea to have proposed a detail view of this very large glacier. The exposure allowed to evidence the texture and the shapes of the ice as weel as the color.
It was good that the foreground was lightned, it allows to share an idea of deepness to the photo.

What a sea of ice it is!
Interesting to see how it feels like you can distinguish patterns here in the mass of ice. Good to see the workshop added to give us an idea of the whole picture. In that sense, I do not agree with the comment of Ludo, since you added the perspective - the bigger picture - in the workshop.
