Photographer's Note

I used to play on and around this hill as a child, it is surrounded by farmland and nearby is a junkyard. The thing about this particular hill is that it used to be bigger but it was used to supply scoria for roading and landscaping.

On one occasion a friend and I happened to be chasing a goat near the hill and then chose to climb it only to be yelled at to come down by quary workers as they were about to start blasting. Needless to say we listened but also managed to avoid being caught by the same workers.

I guess it could look like Mount Doom to any 11 year old with mischief on their mind.
