Returning now to our recent trip to Queensland. Once back in NSW we followed what is know as The Waterfall Way from the New England plateau to the coast. There are several waterfalls along the road and the first one that we stopped at was Ebor Falls in Guy Fawkes NP just outside the small town of Ebor.
Trees get in the way of clear views of the upper falls at the same time however I thought it worthwhile to show the full scale of the falls. Lower down the valley are the separate lower falls but access to them was closed due to recent heavy rains. And ... just look at those columns of basalt (thanks Vince) beside the Falls.
You'll also notice a man in blue fishing presumably for trout.
In the WS is an unobstructed photo of the upper part of the falls.
