Photographer's Note

Crossing the western parts of South Australia The Eyre Highway hugs the coastline. Just a short distance off the highway are incredible cliffs where the Nullarbor Plain meets the Southern Ocean.
At this point you could see numerous points of cliffs jutting into the sea and stetching into the distance. A magical sight, especially with the dark threatening sky.
All these were once under the sea and you can see different geological layers within the cliffs. The main rock along the coast is limestone and with large chunks regularly braking off into the sea.
