10 APRIL 2004, FLINDERS STREET STATION, MELBOURNE

There is a cloud of indifference in this photograph, for all the headlines and warnings and reccomendations paraded on the front covers and pages featured in this photograph, no one is paying the slightest attention to any of it.

The corner of Flinders Street and Swanston Street is just a nexus of advertisments and headlines-- you cannot help but ingest some of it.

I guess when you flood people with information, eventually, they're just going to stop listening. Information Overload.

I was hesitant posting this photograph, in fact, I have posted it before only to delete it. This was based on technical and, to a lesser extent, compositional grounds. It isn't tack sharp. Do you think there's a message in here?
