Photographer's Note
It's not Waikiki, Bondi, or even the Mediterranean, but for a river city like Brisbane, these Moreton Bay beaches are the next best thing if you don't fancy a 1 hour drive to the Gold or Sunshine Coasts. The red and white poles appear to be support posts for beach volleyball. After the recent floods there are are a lot of trees and branches in the water along with mud. Local volunteers have already begun to clean and reclaim the beaches, stacking the branches in wigwam shaped piles.

Hello Chris,
The red and white poles under the white clouds make this a very attractive composition. The beach as such is nice and the large trees create a good background. The note explains the presence of the piles of dry branches. You managed to combine the current dramatic situation in the Brisbane area (reported on the news here too) with an aesthetically good composition.
Best regards,
Gert

Yes, wondered what those poles are for, Chris.
Side shadows animeted the beach scenery, beautiful contrast of colors and well allocated from sand to green trees and sky aloft.
Good evening,

Bonjour Chris,
La longueur de la plage donne de la profondeur à la composition. Les poteaux pour le volleyball de plage attire le regard. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails des arbres et de l'eau. Bonne journée.

Hello Chris,
Great view down the coastline, I really like the textures in the sand and the red and white poles in the foreground. The white clouds in the sky and the tall trees make a superb background as well.

Hi Chris
A good photo looking along the beach with evidence of the recent nasty weather. We're starting to dry out as well.

Hi Chris
Indeed, there is nothing like a place close to home where you can relax and spend time outdoors. I'm really happy I have a wildlife park on my doorstep rather than having to drive all the way to New Forest each time I want a walk outside!
Great choice of portrait format for the poles and trees. The combination of colours: yellow sand, blue sky, green trees and red elements of the poles make the shot very attractive.
Best wishes
Kasia

hello Chris,
Beautiful beach. Interesting collected wood I see that there are araucarias there. But is this beach safe? Usually, in Australia, there were crocodiles, medusas or sharks that could kill you.
Excellent colours and sharpness.
I was on a similar beach, I do not remember where it was.

Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
Lepa plaza i drvece na obali, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom, perspektivom i uhvacenim trenutkom.

Hello Chris.
A beautiful perspective of this beach, which despite being seen with the remains that the flood water has dragged, seems very pleasant and with fine sand, ideal those large trees next to it, beautiful sky with those cotton clouds.
Very good color, optimal lighting and sharpness to highlight the image.
Very good work. I like.
Have a nice day. Very best regards.
Luis.

Hi Chris,
There are some amazing beaches along the North East Coat of England, but what ends up being important is the temperature and also temperature of water and I bet in that aspect the worst beach in Australia wins...
Nice natural colors. The pales add a nice perspective markers.
Very well done,
M
