My last pictures of our 2017 – Canada-USA in this TrekEarth travelogue.
I will use, without doubt, in the future more pictures of my extended archive of this trip, but today ends the chronological reportage.

There are no non stop flights from Las Vegas to Schiphol, Amsterdam so we had a transfer in Salt Lake City. The first stage from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City by Delta Airlines wasn’t the most comfortable, but from Salt Lake City we did fly in one of the flagships of the KLM. The first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner (Zonnebloem = Sunflower) of their fleet, introduced with a special flight above the western part of Holland in November 2015.

I will end this series with a Salt Lake City International Airport (IATA: SLC, ICAO: KSLC, FAA LID: SLC) impression.

◙ The main picture shows the “Zonnebloem” The first Dreamliner of the KLM-fleet arriving on the platform of Salt Lake City Airport
◙ The first workshop gives an impression of the surrounding of the airport with some multicoloured mountains
◙ The second workshop is a diptych impression of the airport staff ready to handle the arrival of the Dreamliner.

I add the dark frame to the picture to give the posts a screen format of 1920x1080 pixels
The idea is that, if you use the links in the text, you have a full screen image of the picture with the photo in the centre of a dark screen.
This works with the browsers and screens I use, but I’m not sure that everybody will have the same result.
