Photographer's Note

Washington DC experienced its first snow of the winter last Wednesday, forcing schools to open later and/or close early, causing disruption on the roads and sending business women in theri suits and high heels (me dus) skidding along the side-walk. :)
This is not desaturated it really was that grey, standing on the Rayburn House office building steps waiting for a taxi the last touch of colour caught my eye.

The Rayburn House Office Building (RHOB) is a congressional office building for the U.S. House of Representatives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C., between South Capitol Street and First Street.
Rayburn is named after former Speaker of the House Sam Rayburn.
