Photographer's Note

I have to start by saying, I love CS3. My original post of this scene had the water blown out, so I was never very happy with it. I started from scatch on this one and am much more satisfied with this result.
Baring Falls are the Grand finale of this stream after a fast run through the cascaded floor of Sunrift Gorge, on the west side of Glacier just yards before joining St. Mary's Lake. A short hike from the road and a well-rewarded effort.

I wanted to try to catch the feeling of the motion of the falling water so I used some slow shutter speeds and braced against a tree to capture this one. Even though the heart is somewhat blown out, I still like this one. I think I need to order those neutral density filters.
