Photographer's Note

The last color picture in my small town series that I took while trying to capture the beauty of my current surroundings. I am still trying to "see" the color shots and making them stand out, they are the hardest for me.

I found this little river bend while illegally tramping on someones property just out of town. One must understand that this is a very big deal in Texas, and can get you shot by crazy farmer. But this river bend was so beautiful I was trying to get a good shot of it. And I needed to make things exciting for me...shooting your home town sometimes isn't the crazy fun that normal travel photography is.
