Photographer's Note

The Reavis Ranch Trail, at least for the first several miles, does not require special skills or endurance. Still, before reaching the social trail branch to Reavis Falls, there are several locations that call for a pause to admire the view and refuel. On this hike, the lupines, poppies, and several other types of flowers were in full bloom. Above and to the right of those hikers you can see the route of the trail. The trail has a total climb of about 3,000 feet when you reach its terminus on Montana Mountain.
