Photographer's Note

Never having traveled to Idaho City, this was a treat. An old mining town with a lot of rich and interesting history, and a lot of interesting people. Once cannot drive through the town without noticing 609 Main Street. I'm not sure if this is an establishment of some type, someone's home, a roadside museum of Americana or what?

Not that it would show much at this size, but this image is a composition of 4 vertical full frame shots (poor mans 40 mega pixel camera). The exposure, color and focus were locked and set manually. Other than stitching the image, very little else has been done to modify it from "out of the camera."
