Photographer's Note

We set off, a bit late as usual, to capture a blue hour moon rise. Living at the beach gives us a moonrise over telephone lines, see WS. We headed up the coast thinking the many lagoons would give us an open area for a moonrise with a reflection. Alas the tide was low and the lagoons were mudflats.

We decided to try Oceanside Harbor, again the clutter toward the east was ugly, but when I turned west.....

We're fond of Oceanside Harbor because it has a small area that allows overnight parking for recreational vehicles.
