Photographer's Note

Driving through the Arches National Park. This beautiful park contains the world's largest concentration of natural stone arches. This is a red, arid desert, punctuated with oddly eroded sandstone forms such as fins, pinnacles, spires, balanced rocks, and arches. You can estimate the size of this featured arch based on the relative size of the people standing below it.
