Photographer's Note

One more shot from Yachats walkway along the beach and the 5th addition to my benches collection. If you look at the top right, that is the location of the 3 driftwood shots that I posted a while ago. And if you look even closer, you can notice the 2 benches from the ‘Just the 2 of us’ shot.

Since most of the colors are in brown-yellow tones and this bench looks cosy and inviting I think it create a special atmosphere. So… I am adding a quote from one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs (so there will be something to think about while ‘sitting’ on this bench):

We're just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl,
Year after year,
Running over the same old ground.

Adorable bench! :) One can almost feel the texture.
How can I add some fotos to your bench theme? I have a couple of them, in a different perspective, but..

I am fascinated by the empty benches, here it is an introduction to a beatiful cost landscape.

Ahem, a bench. Why doesn't that surprise me? :-) Again a very well-planned composition, Efi, with the bench well placed in the frame and affording a great view out on the ocean. The natural colors and textures are very delightful here, and I have to say that the PF lyrics go quite well with it, too. Well done.

I think by now if I see such a picture I doesn't need to look at the member name to know who has posted it. All over this photo is Efi written. Wonderful peaceful photo. Very good. :-D

The bench, due the way you´ve cropped it, seems to be enjoys the view... very well seen and done, as usual. Very good note.. the song fits the image.

A very carefully composed shot. Your picture makes me be part of the place and think that I can anytime go on and sit on this wonderful bench. Besides the fact that your unusual colors implement a particular attraction, I think that the white on the top of the waves let the photo become vivid. Nice job.
