Photographer's Note

Hollywood Bowl is one of the largest natural amphitheaters in the world, with a current seating capacity of just under 18,000, the Hollywood Bowl has been the summer home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic since its official opening in 1922.

As the site of a classical music festival, the Bowl has provided a showcase for the world's greatest musicians. Many world renowned conductors led the Los Angeles Philharmonic here, for eaxample: Bernstein, Walter, Monteux, Koussevitzky, Stokowski, Karajan, Klemperer, and Leinsdorf, as well as Mehta, Giulini, Rattle, and Salonen are few of the examples.

In the far background, the "HOLLYWOOD" sign can be clear seen from here.

A different shot with a different angle is provided in WS.
