Hello TE members,
Happy 10th Anniversary to TE site. Thanks to ManuMay for the wonderful tribute and background info about this site. I have been a member for about 2 years only and have made many virtual friends who are very supportive and encouraging towards my humble photos.
I chose this photo because it reminds me that if I open my eyes to all the possibilities out there in the world, that through the art and medium of photography, I may see the world in an endless panoply of possibilities...

Photo note: taken at Natural Bridges State Beach, in Santa Cruz, these rocks are part of the marine terrace(Monterey Formation) and is called Santa Cruz Mudstone. For more info see my other rock photos...

Hi Karen,
Thank you for adding into the anniversary theme, which didn't function technically unfortunately.
Tomorrow, when my quota of contacts is back, I shall send you a compilation of the photos edited for the occasion.
I am very intrigued looking at your photo. It certainly is a piece of abstract art, taken from reality though ! And it does open one's mind to innumerable interpretations .
However, I am a very realistic person and always like to know the reality behind the scene !
I guess this is a geological site ! How nature works wonders !
Thanks for putting our minds to work, which any artwork should do.

Nice capture of this unusual landscape in Santa Cruz, nice dedication to this very special event !
Even if get a little bit upset about the rules here, TE is still the best one within similar sites.

Good Taffoni, geometric - nature blend, lines intersecting, erosion, sandstone textures, and all in fine warm coloring.

Great tones, colours, shapes and textures. Like the note too and as you say - this site reminds us all of endless possibilities but also of the warmth of human beings towards each other all around the world.
