Photographer's Note

We've had a great deal of rain in Southern California this winter. It's already the 3rd wettest year ever recorded here. I took this shot during a 60 minute dry spell. (-: I like the photo because of shallow DoF which helps to make the two youngsters in the background "sword fighting" very blurred compared to the lead Gull and the sea debris at his feet.

Very good composition and DOF.The fading background wth people is great. Well done.

I like this alot. The composistion is excellent with the people and wave in the blurred background. But I also think that a shot with the people cropped out would be good; maybe even a bit better.

Excelente foto, esta foto me encata, tal vez por mi aficion a los animales que viven libres, te felicito el conjunto y la perspectiva me parecen exelentes.
