Photographer's Note

My last trip to the Salton Sea. This is early morning, just at sunrise. These wood poles show how the levels of the sea are fluctuating. Sometimes it flooded newly built towns, or like here receded. It was the "most rain as far as I can remember", said Calipatria Inn owner, so it was very muddy there, and pretty much anywhere not on the tar. Nothing extreme in PS (RAW convertion, levels, curves, resize and sharpen, no saturation increase).
