I had the great good fortune to be able to spend a few days in Pocahontas County in my home state this summer and when they say West Virginia is "Almost heaven"?? They are wrong. It IS heaven. Mountains, rivers, trout fishing, deer, bears... And that glorious moonshine they have. This was some they captured and stored in jars in the freezer. Silky smooth, warm....Ahhhhhh... :))) One of my favorite parts of the trip. LOL
