Photographer's Note
This is Pookie, another one of the Siberian tigers at a local rescue ranch. She is a beauty, like her counterpart Rocky. She is seen here walking through her enclosure towards me at the fence. It is very sad that we never get to see animals like this in the wild, but I feel so blessed to know that these cats have a great place to live and are well-cared for by people who are determined to ensure these animals' survival and happiness. If you squint, you can pretend she's walking through a jungle in the wild. ;)

I got to see a tiger in the wild. You just have to know where to go.
This is a nice photo, well composed, well captured, so I'm gonna give it a point although to me, photos of animals in zoos (or ranches, or whatever) are kind of pointless. Yes if I squint I can pretend she is in the wild, but she's not, is she?
